After the eleven transistor resistive fuse was selected as the most appropriate for this project, it was necessary to simulate the network using SPICE. Intusoft's ICAP software was used for the simulations. Since it was planned to simulate very large networks of up to 256 pixels, it was impractical to use ICAP's schematic entry software to enter the circuit. Therefore, various methods for automatically generating large SPICE files were tried with other software. These files could then be transferred to ICAP and simulated.
